Random transporter thoughts:

1. Whoever is getting that buck needs to name him dead shot. Dude has got better aim than most. (Broken black MR moved to inside facing carrier to hay divider)

2. If the client doesn’t show up, I guess I get to keep the continental giant. (Lmao)

3. I think there is a leak in the rough if the van, I keep getting water dripping on my neck and side of face. Smh (Rex Opal buck was moved to bottom of stack after that)

Compared to the beginning of the route we are officially in the pre-home stretch lol.

Since I started transport I have completed a couple bucket lists in the process. I have delivered and picked up throughout all 48 states.

Hopefully I’ll get to spend some more time in the NW to make the whole map green. Maine and NE will be hit up again this fall and spring months.

Meet Lilly, the sweetest weeks old Capuchin monkey. She was such a trooper during a 4hr long delay and her cuteness drew awwww´s from everybody 🥰 She wasn’t too aware of her star status as she was mostly sleeping throughout the trip, waking up long enough to get love, snuggles and care from me before going back to snooze ☺️ I’m so excited for your new life with your lovely forever family! I wish you all the best, sweet ! 🤗

Had a great weekend. Planned to wake up today back in work mode and get caught up on messages and route but instead we woke up to zero internet signal. 😥
After tracking down all possibilities and calling the provider, we lucked out and a tech was in the area and nice enough to stop by.
After testing everything, he climbed on roof to find out that we were struck by lightning aprox 3 am. The house shook and woke our daughter but the thunder was so loud she just assumed it was from that.
He replaced the antenna and wire ends and such so we now have service but it fried our router so off to town first thing in the morning to buy a new one. 🙄

Potential category 2-3 hurricane headed towards Flordia. We will continue to monitor its condition daily and alter plans...

UPDATE: estimated to hit Tampa Wednesday night early Thursday. Our route history FL Monday and Tuesday. So if things stay the course we will stay ahead of the tropical storm and be on schedule
