Reschedules are not available for current appointments as I am closing at the end of this month. If you can’t make it in, please go to my previous post and get in contact with one of the groomers listed. They have openings and I trust them to take good care of your babies.

Attention clients. I do not run a boarding facility. After you get a message from me that your dog has been finished you must pick your dog up within 30 minutes. This is a one on one and crate free grooming experience. If you are late picking up your animal it conflicts with my other scheduled appointments and jeopardize the safety of any animal in my care. If you are late picking up your animal I will be charging a $20 boarding fee on top of your grooming fee. If your animal is left with me for over 2 hours, I will have to call animal control and give them your info so you can claim them there. Please be on time. Remember I am home based and have my own family and animals and cannot spend my whole day waiting. If you are a current client of mine please acknowledge that you have seen this. Thank you.

Due to rising late appointments and no call no shows, i’m being forced to crack down on my policies. If you were more than 15 minutes late this constitutes a no call no show. If you are an existing client and no call no show there will be a 50% deposit required before booking your next appointment. If this is your first time making an appointment and a no call no show occurs, you will not be eligible to make any further appointments. This has to happen for my business to operate properly and to avoid overlapping appointments as we are one on one and cage free.

UPDATE! All is back to normal!

Current and future clients! I am experiencing some issues with my business suite. All of my messages from my account have disappeared and I haven’t been able to retrieve them. 🐾 It’s never too early to set your pup up for success! 🐾

This adorable golden baby came in for a little “groom training.” It makes a HUGE impact for them getting use to the smells, sounds, and feelings of all the equipment that will be used on them as they grow. It also gets them comfortable with getting to know their groomer one on one.

Things you can do at home you ask? TOUCH their feet as much as you can. When you are sitting on the couch, brush them to show it can be relaxing. Reward them when they let you do these things. Grooming doesn’t have to be stressful. Make it a daily routine. Your pup and groomer will thank you for it!
