Hi! My mom has been discharged & we’re waiting on ortho to reach out for surgery. She’s pretty much bedbound right now & can’t really move from laying on her back. That obviously comes with certain issues that we’re trying to fight through. The biggest one is she can’t get up to use the restroom so we’re trying to get a Purewick system to alleviate that issue. Unfortunately it is not covered by insurance & will be $586.18 out of pocket. I’m at a loss at what else to do so I’ll be leaving her cashapp & gofundme here if anyone feels called to donate. Please bear with me, I’ll know more info on when I’ll be back grooming next week.

It’s been the most exhausting day so bear with me if this is all over the place. All grooms for the next week are canceled. I’ll reach out to everyone personally tomorrow.
My mom was in a pretty gnarly wreck just after 7 this morning. She got transported by ambulance to Conway Regional where we found out she had a broken C2 vertebrae in her neck, a spleen laceration, bleeding around her liver & colon, as well as a broken ankle. She was then transported to UAMS where we found out she also has a blood clot in her brain & we thought she was going to have to have emergency brain surgery to remove it. Luckily (is it tho?) the doctors found out that the blood clot is actually old & isn’t really putting her in any danger right now. So she’s staying at UAMS for the next week or so to monitor all issues, as well as have ortho surgery on her ankle sometime in the next couple of days. She’s my top priority right now so I’ll be staying at the hospital with her. I’m unsure of what her coming home looks like right now but I’m sure I won’t be working a lot in the coming weeks. That call from her was the most terrifying thing & I’ve been an inch away from a mental breakdown all day. So please send good vibes, prayers, whatever it is you do, for my momma, my family, & all of our pets who are very confused why no one is home right now.

One of my fav things about the shop is the low windows because the dogs LOVE looking out them 🥹 we might just have to get a bench for under the window for all the doggos to sit on & look out!

Hi just a reminder!

1. Drinking & driving is not cool.
2. Throwing your empty cans in the shop lawn is also not cool.
3. Doing either of those things actually makes you a 💩 human being
4. Also, Coors Light and Michelob Ultra? If you’re gonna litter, at least do it with a beer that tastes like something.

Hey hey! Anyone looking for a new doodle baby?

My property manager found this boy abandoned in one of their properties. Apparently he was there by himself over a month. She took him in & nursed him back to health but unfortunately cannot keep him. I think she’s been calling him Charlie.

I don’t have a lot of info (can get more if needed!) but she did say he’s super well behaved, crate trained, potty trained, & good with cats! Around a year old & his hair is longer than this now. Not neutered (no breeding!!) & unsure of vaccines status.
