We're going to ignore how ✨garbage✨ I look but this might have been the sweetest client interaction I've had.

Miss Coco's grandma brought her in today for a groom & had shown me a picture on how she wanted her groomed. She mentioned that they've been trying to get her groomed like the picture for about a year now & couldn't quite get it right. When she came to pick up, she was absolutely gushing over Coco (I mean, duh, look how cute she is!) & insisted on taking pictures of us so she could send her daughter to show her how cute Coco looked.

She sent me these after with a thank you text & it just reminded me that what I do matters. & while I am definitely not the best groomer in the area, my clients love my work & for that, I am forever grateful 🤍

I think my (and y'all's!) favorite part of the new software is the grooming report cards you receive after your appointment! These are so stinking cute & so much fun to do 🤩

Y'all remember Kash? Look at how freaking GOOD he looks! 🤩 Kash's story will forever hold a special place in my heart. Seeing how the community rallied around & got him the help he needed, was so inspiring. & seeing him get to go to a home where he's loved & taken care of, makes my heart so happy. 🐾 Also, Kash man is coming in in a couple weeks to finally get him set in a poodle pattern and I'm SO excited!! (picture in comments of what he looked like only TWO months ago)

Pupdate on Kash, the black poodle found in horrible condition in Mount Vernon 🐾 Kash is doing GREAT!! He's coming out of his shell every day, and is learning lots of things from his new siblings. You can see him in the video playing with his sister Betsy! He's gaining weight every day (he's eating a 💩 ton) and you can no longer see all of his ribs!! He's finally getting to be a dog. It's absolutely insane that only two & a half weeks ago, we weren't sure if he was gonna make it. Now he has siblings, an amazing family, and is thriving. This is what rescue is all about 🫶🏼🐶

Ahhhh I'm so excited about this! We have been putting in work for our grand opening (only 6 more days 🤯) and this is our current project! We really wanted to incorporate all of our groom babies, as well as our personal dogs, because without you guys, we would not be where we are. So a huge thank you! We will add to it as we go, but I think 100 is a good place to start 😅🤣

For all my curly kids out there, this is what a well maintained coat looks like! A metal combs slides through easily with no tangles! Besides a few mats in her topknot, Maggie's coat was completely tangle free! 🥰

Tell me you have a beagle in the shop without telling me you have a beagle in the shop 🤣 the most talkative, but the best girl!
