Bonnie is the most affectionate, sweet, angelic, and playful filly we’ve ever had. She is everything we hope for in an equine partner.

Her maturity shocks me daily. We trailered off site to an indoor for her first post track ride. She stood tied quietly under a massive fan in the indoor arena. Zero drama from this girl, she’s just the best. She is SO adjustable and fun. She’s a very simple ride, just forward enough that your legs aren’t dying. She’s also got great steering and brakes!

Bonnie is turned out 24/7 in a mixed herd and adores her time out with friends. Grooming, clipping, tying, farrier, vet, loading with a ramp or no ramp, bathing, photos, snuggles. She LIVES for it all!! She wants to please please please her person.

She has been just lovely to work with and to be around. Absolutely no vices, injuries, negative behavior, or marish moments.

Seeing DOUBLE! Welcome “Iconic Bonnet” aka Bonnie, to the farm! If you’ve been here for a bit, you may recognize her sister, “Iconic Nurse” who we had back in April. They are nearly IDENTICAL!

So far I’m just absolutely blown away by how classy and quiet Bonnie is. She’s truly just as special as her sister.

JC Woodbower is a 6 year old 16.1 big bodied gelding. He is a very safe ride – no buck, kick, bolt, bite or rear. He hauls to new places great. He’s been taken schooling and trail riding. He knows his leads. Will also offer flying changes. He is super AMMY and JUNIOR rider friendly. He’s been slowly and correctly started over fences. He loves to jump and has no stop. Very scopey and brave over the jumps. He is not afraid of loud noises; has been ridden around fire works and gun shots. He would make a lovely hunter pace mount, jumper or eventing partner. This guy is game and wiling for anything.

He has a clean vetting on file and had his teeth done last week. UTD on everything.

This mare 😍 She is flashy, sweet, and has such a beautiful form over fences. She LOVES to jump! She has jumped up to 3’3 and was very willing! She is ready to go to a home who wants to put the finishing touches on and head to RRP!

She has also been ridden over fences by a few junior students and they LOVED her!

She’s a more forward ride and would thrive in a program. She’s got a phenomenal work ethic and enjoys having a job. She hacks out alone or in company, has been to different arena venues to see all the sights. She’s always a good girl. Easy to haul, tie, load, clip.. etc.

Midnight Lute fans 🤌🏼 16.2 5 yr Mare ; Big lofty mover with gorgeous suspension. She’s got a really lovely correct build and is bred phenomenally well. JC Angel Whisper - 16.1 - 2019 Steel Grey Filly

Okay, where do I even begin!? First, I saw her breeding and said YES! I’ve LOVED anything that’s come to me Bernadini bred. Y’all, This mare is something else!

She came in yesterday and is loving 24/7 turnout - wait until you see her free movement from the pasture. Holy gorgeous suspension and balance!!

Trying to beat the weekend rain, I had Kerri with Kerri Ripley Photography come on out and get some shots of her. While we were working with her, it started raining. Despite the rain, she was settling more and more.. so I hopped on!

It is worth nothing that there are 5 kids jumping from round bale to round bale, driving electric cars, and sword fighting all around. Y’all, This mare 😍🏆👏🏻🤍

I usually try and do the first ride post track in an arena to set some solid boundaries. Today, I felt confident that I could take her out in the open pasture. She performed SO well for her first ride despite the super slopey and uneven ground. She even pulled a shoe over night and carried herself perfectly.

She is definitely ammy friendly for a good riding student working with a trainer. She really listens under saddle and is quite adjustable already! I cannot wait to take her to an arena with legit footing (and her shoe back on) to see what she’s all about!

JC Iconic Nurse “ Icon ” 16.1hh , 2020 Filly

Icon is absolutely everything I could possibly want or dream up in any equine partner. She is put together so so beautifully. Her proportions are just exquisite. I personally love her shoulder coupled with her short back for XC.

She has been lovely to work with. Absolutely no vices, injuries, negative behavior, or marish moments.

Icon is turned out 24/7 in a mixed herd and adores her time out with friends. She is the first to come greet you at the gate and really appreciates the hand that feeds her.

Her personality is pure LOVE! Grooming, clipping, tying, farrier, vet, loading ramp or no ramp, bathing, photos, snuggles. She LIVES for it all!! She wants to please please please her person.

Her maturity shocks me daily. I am so so lucky I get to develop horses like this. Damn she is something special.

Our first post track ride was slightly mind blowing. She stood without a halter or lead to get completely tacked. No quirks there either, not fidgety or girthy. We were in our free movement pen and I don’t keep a mounting block there. it’s very rare that I ride one same day as free movement. They typically are worked up and all hyped after being fancy prancing and chaser all over.

Icon was SO chill when we were done watching her movement, that I just hopped on from the ground. She didn’t budge. I clucked at her to move forward and off we went.

We stayed in that pen for maybe 3 minutes and we were out of there. We hacked all over. Walk, trot, canter, gallop - She is SO adjustable and fun. Without a doubt ammy friendly.

I am just over the moon with this one.

As soon as I heard this filly’s name, I was on my way to get her! Welcome to the farm, Icon! (JC Iconic Nurse) She loaded right up and hauled extremely quietly. She hasn’t made a fuss about anything thus far, and has just been a doll!! She frolicked around the paddock for a minute or so and then settled right in. Zero drama with this girl, I’m already a big fan!

I’ll give her proper time to stretch and relax her tight race body, and then I’ll get some free video. From what I’ve seen in turnout she is a LOVELY mover.

Icon is a bit over 16.1 on the stick and still has quite a bit of growing to do as she’s a 2020 filly. She’s got a lovely full bodied build. Her shoulder is to die for! I very much like the way she’s put together. I’m really looking forward to working with this one!

JC Dominant Destroyer RRP ELIGIBLE

Dom is a big 16.2hh (and growing) freshly turned 4 yr old gelding. He’s is THE epitome of a puppy, and has the BEST personality. I have a good number of horses come through my barn, and he is truly always keeping us laughing.

Since the day he stepped off the trailer, he has been the easiest guy to be around. He always wants to please and is very easy going. Our first outing was to a bustling arena with A LOT of new noises, weird sights (we love flapping sponsor banners 😂) , and non stop barking/howling dogs. To tell you he was a saint is a major understatement. Not once did he bat an eye or offer any spook.

For the first ride I really try and follow their lead. I love listening to them and feeling out how comfortable and willing they are. Some are more reserved, some more curious and adventurous. Dom was just absolutely quiet and game for anything. He carries himself quite confidently.

It was a chilly field trip - high 40s and windy! He came to me body clipped (extremely short). He stood tied to the trailer like a professional despite the wind and chill. I kept thinking how on earth is this a three year old!? He had just raced less than 10 days before!

I mounted him from a tractor tire and off we went. We finished our first ride after a solid WTC. He offered zero funny business. None of the silly baby crow hops and no kinks to work out - he just went straight to work.

This horse is going to make someone extremely happy. He is absolutely ammy friendly and will give his rider 1000% everytime. No lunging, no prep required. He is quiet, loads, clips, bathes, stands for farrier, and cross ties. He has no vices. He currently lives out 24/7 in a mixed mare/gelding herd.

He’s been lightly started over fences - he just turned four, so I haven’t pushed it. I just wanted to see if the willingness was there and no surprise, it is!

Introducing, Chai! This lovely girl is a 6 yr OTTB mare standing 16.1 on the stick. She has a thicker build and just a beautiful, well put together body. She has 3 quality, balanced gaits. She is very willing over fences and is really learning how to properly take us to the jump.

Chai has no vices, is an easy keeper, and is shod in front only with really good feet!

She would absolutely flourish with an ammy working with a trainer. The sky would truly be the limit for this one. Chai is the same horse no matter how long she hangs out in the pasture. She’s just not one that requires 3-4 rides a week to stay sane.

She always comes back into work ready to learn, easy to work with, and with a willing attitude. She’s been taken off site multiple times and is always a solid citizen! No nonsense from this girl.

Currently offered in the lower fives 1x,### before winter shows start.

I didn’t get the chance to share about this mare before she was taken to an absolute dream home! JC Shiverhertimbers is truly a blast to ride and even better to be around. She has the best work ethic you could ask for in an equine partner.

Timber had quite a successful career on the track, and she’s now landed a spot being trained by Kylie Cahoon Eventing. Kylie just returned to the USA after training for nearly 2 years in Ireland under Olympian, Joseph Murphy.

I am a broken record here. We truly have THE most special Thoroughbreds. They are horses of a lifetime. So many people think it’s so cool to “rescue” these horses, and to give them a purpose off the track.

The truth is, they rescue US. Our horses raise little girls and give them the confidence they may not otherwise have in their lives. They bring a mental health break to women and men who NEED an outlet from everyday stressors.

Yes, it’s hard 24/7 work and finding them the perfect home is like a puzzle. But when that puzzle piece clicks and fits JUST right, it’s like magic.

Cheers to Classy Cal and Anna’s future! Cal is a horse that was hard to let go, but knowing he was going to Anna made it so much easier.
