Just an Old Man waiting for his special soop 🥣

Clyde’s been having a rough few days and we can tell his mobility is slowly declining. We’ll be taking him in next week to get an updated ultrasound of his mass, but we know his space travel departure date is slowly approaching; as tough as decisions like this are, we’d rather make that call a moment too soon than a moment too late. We’re hoping this isn’t his last appointment, but if it is we’re ever so grateful for the time we had with this smiley boy ♥️

We almost forgot!! Happy Gotcha Day Appaberry! ♥️

Appa was the second addition to our current business and was our 3rd attempt that converted Meeky to Mama Meeky. She had been our solo girl for nearly two years - the two attempts to find her a friend went not so well. We stumbled upon little Crappyberry and hoped he would be the one.

Within moments of introducing them, she gave up her hammock for him to sleep in while she deep cleaned his ears. Every since that moment, she welcomed every new addition with her big flubby arms wide open and it’s all because of this little silly Crappyberry ♥️

If this was our 2021, can you imagine what 2022 will bring? ♥️

We wish we could say this year was better than dreaded 2020, but it came with its own difficulties and struggles. Losing Meeky made this a year will never forget, but it’s because of her that we’re moving forward with and doing our part in making sure ferrets in our area have a place to call home.

Words can’t express how grateful we are for everything YOU’VE given us - we wouldn’t be here without YOU. The life-long friends we’ve made and the impact we’ve made with other amazing creator and ferrets parents in the community through … we know this is just the beginning to something great.
