Something I never of hoped i had to do and never wanted to do is have to ask/ tell a client not come back but sometimes you have to do what you gotta do. One thing we will NOT tolerate is disrespect, being talked down to and foul language being used in the shop you will simply be told not to come back!! We are very understanding, compassionate, and nice people, and we expect the same in return!! We know everybody has bad days but please remember to not take it out on others. We would do anything for anybody and their pet but when you show disrespect constantly and are just not nice, you are simply not the fit for us! We love all of our clients and their pets, a lot of you have become very good friends with us and we are thankful for each and everyone of you!!🩵🩶Thank you for your understanding and a big thank you to everyone that always comes in being so nice and sweet it doesn’t go unseen we appreciate your kindness more than you know!!!😁🩵🤍🩶
