We are hiring for an office position at our Greensburg Elevator 3 location. We specialize in Non-GMO corn at this particular grain elevator.

Grain Elevator Front Customer Service Representative

Duties:
-Weigh Inbound and Outbound Grain trucks
-Grade and Test Grain(Non-GMO corn)
-Quality check, Good sense of smell is a must
- Basic Math skills necessary
-Logistics
-Data Entry
-Microsoft Word/Excel
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with Manager
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think analytically
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers
