For all my Baseball/Softball order customers. I have sent the orders to the lab the middle of June. I have been emailing them since the 29th of June and they can't seem to figure out where the order is at in the process, on the 29th one Lab manager said they THOUGHT it had shipped but have still not been able to provide me with a tracking number. I have emailed them multiple times. I'm so sorry for the delay in this process. I feel awful. As soon as I get them to my house I will get them sorted and delivered to the Aquatic Center and you can pick up during their business hours for better pick up times.
