The BCHS runs the Second Chance Animal Rescue and works closely with the Greenville Animal Shelter in order to find homes for animals in Butler County.

We also promote low cost and no cost spaying and neutering and TNR of community ("feral") cats. We are raising funds for the proposed no-kill Second Chance Animal Shelter, which will serve Butler County in cooperation with the City of Greenville Animal Shelter.

UPDATE: All 3 crates have been sponsored! Thank you.
We have 3 dogs that have rescue commitments and will leave on transport Friday heading north to their new homes. Each crate fee is $50. If you could help us cover the cost it would be greatly appreciated.
