This month, we had the pleasure of working with Dr. Somani! She spent two weeks with us while on vacation in the United States. Dr. Lee helped expand Dr. Somani's dermatology knowledge, including performing skin biopsies. One of her many professional goals is to bring veterinary dermatology to the pets of her home country, India.

🎊 It is Pet Dermatology Center's 2 year anniversary! 🎊

PDC's goal has been to deliver comprehensive dermatology care in a low-stress, calming environment. Dr. Lee, Shelbi (CVT), Lori (CVT), Cris (CSR), and Marie ( Dermatology Liaison) have been able to help ~1600 patients thus far, ranging from quality-of-life-limiting allergy cases to complex and even life-threatening autoimmune diseases. The team values communication, education, and compassionate veterinary care, and we are excited to see what the next two years (and beyond) have in store!

✈️The PDC team is excited to attend the North American Veterinary Dermatology Forum (NAVDF) in Seattle. Dr. Fiona Lee, Shelbi (Certified Veterinary Technician), and Marie (Dermatology Liaison) will be continuing their education on a wide variety of dermatology topics and making valuable connections within the field.
