While the risk of dogs and cats getting bird flu remains low, keep your pets safe by:
• Avoiding contact with wild birds
• Not letting pets eat raw poultry/wild birds
• Keeping pets away from bird feeding areas
• Keeping felines inside for the time being
• Discontinue feeding raw poultry as part of a daily diet, for the time being
