The following was written by one of our clients who used to work as a veterinary technician. We are so excited for her cat Hunter and his continued progress. An FIP diagnosis used to be a death sentence and we are lucky to have this medication that is helping to save lives! We are also lucky to have such wonderful doctors!!-

This women right here deserves the biggest thank you ever!

My one year old cat started not acting like himself. I made an appointment and Kristen Miller knowing me from many years of working with me as a veterinary technician asked if I really thought something was wrong or maybe looking into something too much. Lol. I said no my gut says something is wrong.
After an exam knowing the symptoms I described and bloodwork the results was my poor one year old Hunter had FIP. Dr. Miller on her day off called and spoke to multiple specialists, called around to get us started on an experimental drug that had good case results.
That night I went and picked up a few pills until my order came. After one pill Hunter was 80% back to normal. Dr. Miller text me daily to see how he was doing and he kept on improving! After a month we rechecked his bloodwork and today it came back normal.
Kristen Miller went above and beyond for me and Hunter. I can honestly say she saved his life! I am so lucky to have worked in the veterinary field with so many wonderful people that have turned into friends!

Pet Diabetes Awareness ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฉบ

Did you know? November is Pet Diabetes Awareness Month! Here are some important facts to keep your furry friends healthy:

๐Ÿ”น Diabetes in pets is more common than you think, affecting 1 in every 300 dogs and 1 in every 230 cats.
๐Ÿ”น Symptoms to watch for: increased thirst, frequent urination, weight loss despite a good appetite, and lethargy.
๐Ÿ”น Early detection is key! With proper management, including insulin therapy, a healthy diet, and regular vet visits, diabetic pets can lead happy lives.
๐Ÿ”น Pets are more likely to develop diabetes if theyโ€™re overweight, older, or have a genetic predisposition.

If you notice any of these signs, schedule a check-up with your vet right away!
