Information on the carrot recall!

Grimmway Farms has issued a recall of select organic whole carrots and organic baby carrots that should no longer be in grocery stores but may be in consumers' refrigerators or freezers.

We extend our gratitude to Huntsman Matt van der Wounde and the Masters and Members of The Warrenton Hunt for bringing their hounds to our territory yesterday.

It was a delightful day spent enjoying the countryside and getting to know some new friends.

Thank you to Steffanie Burgevin for the tasty stirrup cup.

Our next date with trash on Digges Valley Rd is Saturday 23 November.

We’ll meet at 9 am at the farm parking area across from the silo about a mile in from Rt 704.
I’ll have VDOT bags, extra gloves and the “mystery snack” ( this time of year it could definitely involve cranberries).

A few sets of willing hands and we’ll be in and out in an hour.

Please give me a heads up if you plan to join us. And thanks ahead of time!

I am looking for a ride for my Quarter Horse, Nicky, on Saturday (11/16) for hunting.

If anyone has space for him, I would pay you for his transportation.

His barn location is on the right off of Rte 15 (heading north) just before the intersection of Rte 15 and Harmony Church Road.

We were privileged to host esteemed guests from the armed forces for an exclusive private hunt on Veterans Day. Representatives from the Army, Navy, and Air Force graced us with their presence, highlighting the significance of the occasion.
Other members of the field included those from The Warrenton Hunt.
We loved having you all out with us and hope you enjoyed your morning.
