All questions can be answered by calling 910-821-1600. We understand that life happens, but our time for your pet and others is precious to us.

Please be respectful and contact us for cancellations or reschedules 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If we do not hear from you, a cancellation fee equal to the amount of your regular grooming fee will be added to your pet’s next appointment. Thank you for your respect and understanding. Due to the tropical storm, we have decided to close the salon on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (August 7th, 8th and 9th). We are tentatively remaining open on Saturday August 10th until we know more. We will be in contact with everyone to reschedule appointments. Hope everyone stays safe and dry!

Tropical Storm Debby is forecast to hit the Wilmington area on Saturday morning. Over the Moon Grooming plans to remain open while paying close attention to the storm.

If you feel uncomfortable coming in on Saturday, please feel free to reach out and we will reschedule your grooming session! If it looks like we need to close we will send out messages on Friday evening. We hope everyone stays safe!
