As you know, Hurricane Helene tore through the east coast with a vengeance. We’ve lost lives, homes, livestock, and so much more. We are working to fill a semi trailer with items to help the families, first responders, and linemen in Boone, North Carolina who are working diligently in horrible conditions to save lives and rebuild their town. Starting today, we will have a semi parked in the Food Lion parking lot in Timberville:

Then and now! Meet Bigs Pete and Liz and their Little Brother Gael. Gael just graduated from high school and MTC this past spring, but he plans to continue learning! Gael is the recipient of the 2024 BBBS Founders Scholarship in honor of Pat Churchman! He plans to attend a Power Lineman Training Program in the state. Since Gael chose to use his scholarship to pursue a career in this field, our partners at Dean Brothers Inc. are matching his scholarship amount! We are so proud of Little Brother Gael!

We're thrilled to share some recent contributions and donation work we have completed at the Tri-County Fairgrounds in Petersburg, WV. Check out these photos of our latest electrical upgrades, including new services for RVs, area and grandstand lighting, lights and fans in the new barn, and additional circuits for all show animal areas.

As a proud supporter of the youth and community within the Tri-County area, we are committed to giving back to the regions we serve. Although based in Harrisonburg, VA, we're expanding our reach and will soon be opening a satellite office in Petersburg, WV. With some of our very own employees from Pendleton, Grant, and Hardy Counties, we're dedicated to supporting and enhancing our local communities.
