River Bend Heelers breeds purebred AKC Australian Cattle dogs. Genetic testing for PLL, DM and PRA-PRCD is done prior to mating as well as hip and elbow X-rays.

Good temperament is a top priority so our animals are family orientated and good with kids.

Happy Birthday to our litter from last summer!
Holly enjoyed a trip to Tractor Supply for a new toy🦴, a pup cup 🍨from Dairy Queen, and a ride in the jeep tonight.

Our younger sons showed their dogs at our local county fair.
Holly will be one on August 1st, she is from Ash’s litter this past summer.
She did so well at the show. Brenden has been attending weeky 4-H dog class with her. They have been practicing showmanship, obedience and rally. Holly is a fast leaner and responds well to his commands.
Mama dog Ash did some great obedience for Colton also at the show. She is so calm and loves the boys so much.

This is Magnolia. The one blue pup from our August liter. Magnolia lives with our oldest son Ethan and enjoys adventuring around our farm each day and coming to our house to play with her sister Holly.

This is Holly, the puppy our family kept out of the litter we had this past summer.
We love her! She is such a sweetie. She is growing up to be just like her mama Ash. Holly loves people, especially our younger kids. She loves exploring the farm, playing with other dogs and just cuddling with our family.
We are hoping to have another litter this summer.

🐾We have two puppies available🐾

Sequoia (female)
Redwood (male)

They were born August 1st and are available September 26, at 8 weeks old.

The puppies will have their first vet appointment including first set of shots. They also will be microchipped.

The puppies are AKC registered.

Both parents were tested and cleared for PRA, PLL& DM.
Our mama dog Ash was also had hip and elbow X-rays.

Both parents live on farms.

The puppies have been exposed to many people, younger kids, other dogs, goats and cows.

We are working on potty training, and crate training.

They are just the sweetest little puppies! They love attention, greet you at the door. We have raised them in our home as part of our family.

Sequoia is the last female available from our litter.

She is 5 weeks old, and at 8 weeks is able to go to her new home.

Sequoia is one of biggest puppies. She is one of the first pups to greet you when you walk in the door. She loves people. She also loves to play with her siblings. She is such a great puppy, we will be sad to see her go. Our kids play with her everyday. She has been exposed to other dogs, goats and eventually cows.

The parents were cleared for PLL, DM & PRA.
Mama dog Ash also had elbow and hip X-rays.

Sequoia is AKC registrable.

She will have her first vet appointment and set of shots.

Redwood is looking for a new family to take him home the end of September.

He is 5 weeks old, born August 1st.

He is such a handsome puppy. He is one of the biggest pups of our litter. He eats puppy chow well. We consider him the big brother of the group. He sits and watches everyone. He loves to play with his siblings. Often he can be found curled up under something to take a quick nap. Our kids play with him daily. He is also exposed to other dogs, goats and eventually cows.

Redwood is AKC registrable.

His parents were cleared for PLL, DM & PRA.
Mama dog Ash also had hip and elbow X-rays.

He will have his first vet appointment and first set of shots.

Our sweet puppies!

They are really getting their color this week.

All pups have started to eat dry food and drink water.

We still have many that will available the end of September.

The parents were tested for DM, PLL & PRA. Our mama dog Ash also had hip and elbow X-rays.

They will have their first set of shots and vet appointment.

They are very kid friendly, and played with often!

Each puppy is named after a tree in keeping with the theme of mama Ash’s name.

We are in love with our newest litter of 2 male and 5 female pups! 🐾 They are all healthy, getting more active and all nursing well!

The sire is HICKORY KNOLL RED BUDDY and the dam is POISON IVYS BEAR ASH. Both are heterozygous for color so it will be exciting to see how they turn out! 🦴

Poison Ivys Bear Ash, she’s a 4 year old speckled red. She’s got a deep pedigree from the G Day bloodlines. Ash loves to work and play on the farm and with the kids.
