Never will I stop and never will I turn my back on the ones who matter the most. The years of my clients and my fur kids I’ve said this in many videos prior to this one I took my eyes off of my whole heart to try to put into other people because I thought that’s what I was supposed to do give back what I didn’t deserve from you all years ago but you never stop believing in me and you never left my side. I’m so sorry I allowed people to take our home because my tears have balled almost every single day of my mom‘s saying hurry up we’ve had a terrible grooming experience. I’m sorry guys I’m so sorry I know my babies were extremely spoiled here I’m sorry if I made it harder on them because of the change they have to experience I don’t want to think that but no one no one will ever love them the way I do. I will be back with their forever home soon, I’ve always said once she walked through Sandi ‘s doors and you steal my heart and you’re stuck with me for life

Good afternoon, I am Nikki Anderson sole owner of Sandi’s Pet Grooming Too in Gautier. I would like start of with saying thank for all the support I have received from my clients, community and staff. This experience/situation has to be addressed, so with that being said. This is the reason my shop had to close, if you will look and read the below the letter that we received from the fire department upon the investigation that took place on Thursday, February 1,2024. We are vigorously working to make repairs , so we may reopen to normal business hours.
As for for the investigation of alleged animal cruelty, In which I was not found guilty of, nor were any charges pressed against me, and I was released from the Gautier police departments custody with no pending charges. I have always strived to love each and every one of my fur babies that comes through my doors.
In all transparency and honesty, yes they did arrest me for old traffic tickets from 2014 and released me from custody for those past tickets. I will have to go to court and pay the ticket.
My next thing I would like to address and clear up is Sandi’s Pet Grooming in Ocean Springs is owned and operated by different people, yes that is my mother. She does not run, nor manage or have any managerial responsibilities/duties in my shop, nor do I have an active role at her shop. This is my shop, I run and operate and manage my own shop, not her or any of the ladies that work at the Ocean Springs location. So please continue to show your love and support for the hard working ladies/owner of Sandi’s Pet Grooming in Ocean Springs.
The reason for this attack on my business, was a personal attack against me, from someone with a personal vendetta against me, not business related at all. Which unfortunately has affected my staff and their livelihood and my clients and for this I am truly sorry. I am working to correct this personal issue within the boundaries that the law permits. To ensure that this will never happen again.
To all my clients/staff/community and friends that are reaching out with your love and support, it means the world to me. I honored to know that you see my heart and my love and dedication to my shop. We hope to reopen this coming week. Looking forward to seeing all my fur clients again very soon!

To my dear clients, my fur babies families, friends and my loving staff….. I would like to start of with by saying, Thank You, to each and everyone one of you for continuing to love Sandi's Pet Grooming Too as much as I do. I am always striving to learn more about this growing business and putting your pets needs to the forefront. I am always grateful, for giving me the opportunity to care for your fur babies.

As we do take this time to rebuild and reevaluate to make mindful changes to better serve our clients in a timely manner. I do thank you for patience and understanding, as we learn to make this the happiest place for your fur babies experience, this is the most valuable gift we can ever receive, that’s what’s keeps our hearts happy.
