My good friend Dale Buffenmyer of “Custom Bird Works of Florida” talked me into entering his whitetail mount in our annual Florida State Taxidermy Association and Convention that I mounted for him two years ago. Well I am very humbled to say the least that this mount pulled a third in Master Division and also won “Best Whitetail Wall Mount Masters Class”! This mount was not mounted for a competition piece. We truly have a great organization and I encourage anyone interested in taxidermy to join their states association. 🇺🇸🦌🇺🇸🦌
