She is about six years old, house trained, 10-15 pounds, sweet and good with dogs. She is Maltese/shihtzu mix so low shedding.

They can be fostered in singles if needed. They are about 16 pounds and twelve weeks old. Sweet as sugar!

Please share…urgent! We want to save a 50 pound dog from landing in an overcrowded shelter. In order to do this, we need an inside foster home or donations for a dog house and heat lamp for an outdoor foster home. He will be brought into the garage at night but we’d love him to be warm and comfortable during the day as well.

This beautiful girl is in need of a foster or forever home. She’s very sweet and good with male dogs (no cats or female dogs though as she likes to be “Queen Bee”). She is already spayed and housetrained. Please share and let’s find this beautiful girl the right home for her!

Foster or foster to adopt needed…meet Rocky. Rocky is absolutely amazing. He is about 18 pounds, one year old and is a true Velcro dog! He’s happiest just being with his person 24/7. He loves other playful dogs and kids but he does like to jump (so older kids are preferred). He will chase cats, but won’t hurt them.

We are beyond excited to announce Autumn’s adoption! Just a little about her journey…

Can you imagine living your entire life with a family that you thought loved you and then as a senior being set out at a garbage dump? That’s exactly what happened to Autumn. If not for Angie (an Almost Home volunteer) being in the right place at the right time, Autumn may have never had this chance, Autumn is a poster child for fostering saves lives!

Autumn didn’t even have enough teeth to hold her tongue in her adorable little mouth and was a rack of bones, but there was a special someone about to fall in love with this wonderful girl and change her life forever!

While talking to one of our previous adopters, we mentioned Autumn. Next thing we knew, she was in route to the New England states to join her AH alumni sisters, Kaia and Molly.

Now to the good life…walks in the park everyday (if she doesn’t want to walk her Momma says that’s what strollers are for), snuggling with her pooch sisters, hugs and kisses all day. Autumn probably bites her paw every morning to make sure she isn’t dreaming!!

Our vet Dr. William Hagans said she was half the weight of what she should be. Thank you Hagans Town & Country Animal Clinic for caring for Autumn and getting her all healthy again!

Always consider a senior when adopting, they are truly so appreciative. Thank you to her Momma for her unconditional love, picking Autumn out of all the pups in the world to complete her family and making Autumn her third Almost Home kid!
