Are you an enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable individual looking to work in a friendly, hands-on environment with horses? We are seeking a passionate team member to help care for our 12 horses at a boutique show barn in Heath, Texas (just outside of Dallas). Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work (minimum 20 hours/week), we'd love to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:
* A valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
* Experience working with horses and handling basic farm chores
* Ability to work early mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends
* Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
* Note: This is not a live-in position.

The Willow Farm team had an exciting weekend at Meadowcreek Horsepark, just before Thanksgiving!

Presley and her horse Sophie made an impressive debut in their first Combined Test, clinching a strong 6th place finish! What an incredible start to their competition journey—congratulations, Presley!

Meanwhile, Ashlyn and Sparkle tackled the full horse trial with determination and skill, earning a solid finish. Their hard work and dedication paid off!

A huge congratulations to both riders for their outstanding performances! We couldn’t be prouder!

It’s time to schedule your joy! 🫶🐴

I’m starting to think it’s a terrible thing to wait until we’re ready. What if we’re never really ready? Or at least we don’t ever feel like we’re 100% ready? We’re just waiting for ‘that thing’ to happen and then we’ll go give it a whirl. Whatever ‘it’ is….the riding lessons or buying the horse or going to the horse show. We have to start somewhere. We have to do whatever it is that will bring us joy, peace, happiness, the feeling of accomplishment. There is only now. We have to enjoy where we are in the moment. We have to be grateful for the journey thus far and just jump. Now is as good of a time as any to schedule your joy.

Last weekend our riders had an awesome showing at the East Texas Hunter Jumper Club Show!
Adorable Aries took the First Place ribbon in her very first show at the lead line class.
Zoe Skinner took Grand Champion with her lovely mare Poppy. These two have made so much progress as Zoe has been working on her goals in the hunter ring!
Eloise took the Reserve Champion, in her first show, aboard our lesson horse extraordinaire Gaston, owned by Molly Shute.
Sophia is honing in more and more on her skills to grab a few Third and Fourth Place ribbons, aboard Gingersnap, owned by Willow Farm.
Great job to the whole team! A special thank you to Ashlyn for coaching Hunters while Sara was away. A big thank you also to the ETHJC for always putting on fun shows!

Willow Farm kicked off the Fall show season at the Fairfield Dressage Show on Sunday. We had a great showing with Zoe and Poppy (American Women) stepping into the dressage arena at Training level taking the High Point Junior Champion! Ashlyn Hayworth piloted Timbavati River around Training and First Level to take the High Point Reserve Open Champion! Sara and Jäger (All American Boy) got back to work with a beautiful First Level test to take home a blue ribbon. Congratulations to all of our riders this weekend! Great things are ahead for this season!

Willow Farm is expanding! Located in Heath, our boutique equestrian facility offers personalized boarding and training for both horses and riders. We specialize in English disciplines like eventing, dressage, and hunter jumpers, providing private lessons for all ages and skill levels. We have great lesson horses if you do not own!

Our experienced instructors, 120 years combined, have worked with top riders like Tik Maynard and Phillip Dutton, ensure a comprehensive education in riding, horse care, and more.

We now offer full and partial training packages, plus buying and sales consignment services. Our middle and high school IEA teams have a strong track record with many regional and zone qualifications, aiming for Nationals this year.
