I still, gratefully, have Rupurrt attached to me. He’s just too adorable.
The good thing about being immobile is that I’ve gotten a decent amount of counted cross stitch done, I’ve worked on my diamond art (that I haven’t touched in a long time) and I’ve been binge watching Netflix. For the record, I do not like tv. But I found a gruesome documentary that freaked me out beyond words
Today is still young, i will do more of the same. Sounds like s goid day ahead!

I have a feeling this will be my weekend. He’s not leaving my side, currently is again curled up with me 💜
I had a smallish procedure on my leg. Last week was the other leg. This one is painful enough to slow me down. I’m okay, just a bit annoyed about it

I discovered something overnight.
I was restless and didn’t sleep well. Thanks to the procedure today
At one point, Rupurrt laid on me, pulled my arm/hand to his face and fell asleep. A very deep sleep.
I could feel his rapid eye movements, his twitching and legs moving. He must have been playing in his dreams
But I started thinking about how comfortable and trusting he is to be able to do that. When they’re sleeping that heavy, they’re feeling secure to not be on guard. I finally fell asleep and I’m so grateful that he’s that comfortable with me to sleep so very soundly 💜
This is one of the most beautiful things in life, to be trusted this way 💜

I’ve been lectured by Rupurrt. Lectured!!!
I came home from a follow up doctors appointment where they did an ultrasound on my leg. This was to make sure Friday’s procedure did what it was supposed to.
I came home desperately wanting a shower because even though they cleaned up the gel, it’s gel and I could feel it (yuck)
Rupurrt: you’re home! (I came home at the same time as I do every day 🙄)
Momma: yes, I’m going to take a fast shower, then feed you
R: FEED ME!!!!
M: you can wait a few minutes
R: FEED ME NOW!!
M: keep your shorts on mister
R: I’m telling dad you went to burger king
M: I’m certain he cares
R: huh
I then take my shower. As I’m getting out, he bursts into the bathroom like a boss! Screaming!! I’m certain they can hear him at the bottom of the street!
R: FEED ME NOW!!
M: shhhhhhh just wait!
He keeps screaming & following me. I’m afraid he’ll wake his dad.
I finally get him fed. I’m finally eating too. I have headphones on listening to an audio book. Out the corner of my eye, I see his dad coming to me to scare me (I jump very easy) and I jumped.
Rupurrt looks at me like I told you so 😹😹
Honestly it’s always something here 😹😹😹

It’s a lazy day today.
I’m babysitting momma, she wasn’t supposed to be running around since she saw her doctor Friday afternoon, but she did. She’s really not funny
I told her she could work on her cross stitch and watch a movie but she’s not. As long as she’s not moving, I’m okay with that.
In the meantime, I’m taking a nap.
Oh!!! I almost forgot!!

I did a sneak attack in dad’s room! I left a huge pile of barf for him and surprisingly, he found it!! He’s grumpy so I wouldn’t leave it where he can step in it but I did enjoy this!!

Kitty A Dash & Blitz! It works!!!
Momma took a shower & I threw up a huge hairball (I feel so much better!!) next to her bed!!
She went into her room, quietly, because dad is sleeping for work, not only stepped in it but slid!!!! She can’t say anything since he’s sleeping (he’s very grumpy when he’s woken up) so she cleaned everything up and made a face at me!!
It’s easy!!!
Just make sure you use your ninja skills to sneak in and out of the room!!
This is awesome!!
I’m trying to figure out what direction to go in next!!! 😹😹😹

Okay young kittens, Kitty A Dash and Blitzie ( they’re still in training)
Uncle Rupurrt is going to teach you the proper way to launch a hairball that will make the most mess.
Make sure you’re up high, start coughing but make sure it’s not too extreme or your folks will come and move you. Hang your head over the side of the high object you’re on and let it fly!!
I wanted momma to take pictures but she said it was disgusting enough to clean, she doesn’t want memories. I didn’t tell her I needed them for training.
After I launched my hairball off the counter, down the cabinets and all over the floor, I went into momma’s bedroom and launched another one right next to her bed. She unfortunately saw it and cleaned it up before stepping in it.
That’s another rule kittens! If you barf on the floor, do it right after your parents get out of the shower! You might see your parents turn green!! 🤢 😹😹
