⭐️Alabama Spay Neuter is supplementing the cost of spay neuter surgery on pets from qualified households. These households can spay/neuter up to 3 pets at Alabama Spay Neuter for a copay of just $25 per pet!

Additional services (vaccinations, dewormer, microchipping, etc.) are sold separately.

⭐️Eligibility: A family member of the household must verify current enrollment in one or more government assistance programs (e.g., Medicaid, Disability, WIC, SNAP, EBT, SSI)

⭐️Copay: $25 per pet, due when making the appointment.

⭐️Appointments: First come, first served, so act quickly- this won’t last long!

⭐️Book: Please call us at (205) 956-0012 to make your appointment. You may bring your pet directly to our clinic or use our monthly transports to: Alex City, Bibb County, Blount County, Chilton County, Etowah County, Randolph County, Shelby County, Sylacauga, Tuscaloosa & Walker County. Community has many definitions. It can be where you live, shared traits, or even common goals.

We've seen some beautiful things take place in our community this month. The people of the Episcopal Church of the Messiah in Heflin gathered animal food, bedding, and other supplies for us. We assured them we would be good stewards of these items.

We know we aren't ready to open just yet, but recognized some ladies who have been working their *tails* off rescuing on the frontlines of Cleburne County. They have asked the community for *all the things* and we are so proud of the support they have gotten!

The donations from the church were given to them to help their rescue efforts while we are working on the long term solutions.

The church, the rescuers, the board of directors for the shelter, the participants of the Scarecrows on Main, and so many more, all have a common goal to reduce the stray population. We-as a community- are sharing resources to reach a common goal. Whether it is time, talent, or treasure, everyone can contribute something.

Cleburne County Middle School Focus knocked Heflin First United Methodist Church off it's first place lead!!!

City of Heflin Fire-Rescue kept it's 3rd place seat. Hearts of Cleburne holds their 4th place position while Shedelle Allred Photography is barely hanging onto 5th by ONE vote over Camp Heflin!
