This is why giving away free dogs and or cats and kittens to a non paying recipient causes little regard. If said animal runs away or does not work out in the home there is little or no concern for its return. Thus filling other shelters with these unwanted FREE pets.
Every animal that is given away should be microchipped and returned to the shelter where it was given from!!!!! NO QUESTIONS OR EXCUSES ARE ACCEPTABLE!
