The food we use is manufactured in Canada..the USA really doesn't regulate the dog food well. For example, chicken meal (in the USA) can include beaks, feathers and feet!!

People don't want to talk about this, but a great majority of dog bites come from the FAMILY dog who was just bothered one too many times! We will begin Nutmeg's pre breeding health testing (OFA hips, elbows, patella, cardiac and eyes) next week. If she passes all her testing, Meg (nickname) might become a mommy for mini goldendoodles in the summer.

Whenever we come home (especially from a vacation), we also completely Ignore the dogs. Greeting the dogs only ramps them up, and it can also contribute to future separation anxiety. Calm (and matter of fact) entries and exits is key to keeping dogs stable.
