Our veterinary team had a productive and impactful day in Burke County, successfully spaying and neutering 23 animals on Day one. This critical work is a vital part of our mission to reduce overpopulation and promote healthier communities. We were also excited to have our first relief technicians trained today, further strengthening our ability to provide top-notch care to the animals we serve. The dedication and hard work of our team ensure that more animals will have the chance to live healthier, happier lives.

UPDATE: ADOPTED!!

Annie has had a tough life, but she's ready for her new home! Upon arrival to the shelter, she had a bad skin infection, but the concerned citizen who found her had taken her to the vet to have it treated. She has finished her antibiotics and is ready for a home of her own.

Annie is a beautiful brindle tri colored Pittie mix. She's about 5 months old and 18 pounds. She's up to date on vaccinations and deworming, she'll be microchipped and spayed upon adoption. Who can say "no" to a face like this! We're here until 5:00 today, her adoption fee is $45.
