Sometimes you just need a little help..........

I had a crested gecko egg that was a month past due to hatch. I waited and watched to see if it was just a late hatcher (the egg looked good) and 3 weeks ago there was still movement when candled. The past 2 days though I've noticed a dent in the egg and it got bigger today (which isn't good). I decided to carefully make a cut today to see what was going on with the egg..... Was the baby deformed or weak and too weak to make it out? Was the baby passed? So I saw the head with no movement, thinking the baby had passed I gently helped it out........ Then all of a sudden he/she moved and even looked up at me. Just goes to show no matter how bad things look ...... Don't give up! The way the egg looked most breeders would have tossed it. I just had to know what happened and I'm thankful I did.

Just look at this beautiful baby he/she is a stunner and already so much white just like it's dad. This baby is gonna be a high white drippy. He/she is weak and small so we will be handfeeding and keeping a close eye.❤️🦎

Meet Leaf our new 6 week old spired ball python. She does has the spired wobble (neurological issue all spider ball pythons have) but not a severe form. She does eat very good and likes attention. There are many people on both sides of the spider gene debate due to their neurological issue. I don't think anyone is in the wrong as many people have good points on both sides. I my opinion and only my opinion, I think breeding and selling spired ball pythons is ok. Yes they wobble..... No they wouldn't to well on the wild, but they aren't in the wild they are in homes where they don't have to hunt for food or hide from predators. The main thing is as a pet owner ........ do your research know what your pet and specific morphs needs are. Spider ball pythons make great pets and are very beautiful. ❤️🐍

We had a small change in our name from just geckos to reptiles. Please welcome our newest family members Pennywise (banana 50% het clown ball python) and Wednesday Addams (100% leopard ball python). Our whole family is totally in love with these 2 sweethearts. Pennywise is a very laid back Netflix and chill kind of boy. Wednesday is very adventurous and never sits still kind of girl lol. 🐍❤️

Oh how they change in just a month. This is Dot the first pic was taken approx 1 month ago. The second pic was taken today. His/her markings have become so amazingly bold. This just goes to show that even the plain babies can blow you away with their glowups.

So we have a name now...... Frost

Frost is showing himself/herself today and is a beautiful dark Brindle, phantom dash pinstripe, with dalmation trait (hopefully super dal). I think the s***k has shown itself in this clutch because Frost is a bit s***ky too, but nowhere near as much as his/her clutchmate Nitro. 💞🦎💖

Nitro definitely has a larger than life personality. He/she has already ran up and got stuck in my hair (thank to my hubby for the help lol). He/she doesn't seem to appreciate me yet lol. I definitely have my hands full with this one.

BUT....... this bebe is most definitely a hold back with his/her beauty. STUNNING! 🔥💞
