The ALAA has a breed standard for the Australian Labradoodle (ALD) which is a written description of the ideal characteristics of a dog breed, including its appearance, temperament, and purpose. It is these character traits that has made the ALD a wonderful dog for families.

Happy 12 Birthday to our Hale’s Such A Player aka “BRUNO”! What a good boy Bruno is; he is my faithful couch buddy, protector, and sweetest dog on the planet. Bruno has made some beautiful puppies for us here at Cottonwood Labradoodles and now spends his time enjoying life on the ranch with his number one girlfriend Cottonwood Honey, and provides the best snuggles for all who come visit.😍 We couldn’t Love Bruno more and feel so lucky he’s still in our lives and in good health!🥰

Member Spotlight: Meet Platinum Member Cottonwood Labradoodles!

Located in Hesston, Kansas, Cottonwood Labradoodles owner Molly Simmering first discovered and fell in love with ALDs through her interest in therapy dogs and companion animals. As a result, she has been breeding Doodles since 2010 and has turned managing her “Doodle Ranch” into a family affair. Molly, her husband, their adult children, and nine grandchildren all lend a helping hand in raising Cottonwood Labradoodles. The family strongly believes this level of care and socialization makes their Doodles unique and helps create a smoother transition for each puppy to their forever home.
