The behind the scene work....this is what I use to plan strategy for my work week.I work, listen to my God Playlist, [listen to it via spotify, linktree site]. I get so many ideas on my planning and strategy, when I do manual labor. I now have my plan in my head.

Now to shower and right it down. Then it's out the door at 7:30 - 9:00pm. Hanging out with a good group of friends.

Then to clean my downstairs and upstairs, then my work week can officially begin.

Yep planting at least 10 more trays tonight. Let's work late and rise early!!! We will make sure we stand out!!!

As you all may know, I am walking a spiritual journey with God, our creator. He is the inspiration behind Vitality Microgreens Farm.

My Vision and Mission is not a profit based model, it's helping those in needs.This simple statement divides my company from 99% of all other microgreen producers. That is our primary focus and Vision/Mission statement. The profits will come secondary always!!! We help souls in need. SYNCHRONIZITIES are becoming more strong. Realizing a completion of a cycle is coming. NEW GROWTH AHEAD.

Monday to Thursday's, my primary focus will be just that. Nothing will stop me now. Here we come.....to be a force in our community and surrounding areas until we are the dominate Microgreen Producer in a 250 mi radius. After we achieve this, we make new 250 mi radius plans.

Becky and Bill Skinner have helped me out this week!! They have allowed me to set up and Educate customers that are intrested in learning how to cultivate microgreens in their own homes. They are completely renovating the space, into a beautiful creation. I walked around the store and can still remember my Mom taking us here, getting frozen yourgurt. That was in the early 80's. This space and name are a FLAGSHIP of High Point.

I bought WAY too much goodness today. I also support local small businesses!!! GO SEE THEM, AN AMAZING PRODUCT LINE. I will be at the Archdale location Next Tues, Wed and Thursday. 3pm to 6pm, come see me!!!

So wanted to see what would happen if I put my first tray of broccoli microgreens in my garden, after harvesting. Here it is, just as I suspected. I think winter will come before it produces and florets. The caterpillars LOVE IT!!

So 23 years ago, I am pretty sure it was 8:01am on a Sunday morning. My daughter was born.
She is as old now as her mom when she had her. I'm very proud of you Turkey, as she is on her own, adulting and making wise choices in her life. Makes me think maybe I did do a few things right in my life as well.
