Cat friends I’ve noticed some of you have commented on this girls post. I offered to have them both fixed. She accepted but there’s two barriers I will need funds generated to assist the last two I fixed recently I had no backing so out of my pocket. Also two appointments will be needed ASAP as the female is pregnant with the male siblings offspring it’s highly unlikely these kittens will be viable. Please help! Together we’re better!

Are you cold in this brutal wind? Yeah me too. Could you imagine being this little family on the street freezing to death and trying to keep your babies fed and warm. If you see something, say something, do something! They don’t have a voice, a warm home, or any options except to freeze to death in a snow drift. I’ve personally witnessed cats frozen to the ground and had to get them unstuck. it’s not hard to be a kind human and make them a little safe warm spot out of the weather. I’m worried sick for all of the street cats.

I intervened a week or two ago to a young lady that was online giving her kittens away for free. I’ve been talking her through some things, set up XL dog crates, got her carriers, and just problem solved together. She’s been receptive, willing to listen, open, and she admitted to me she never really knew much about cats until her and I started this journey. Things are improving she wants to keep them both and the cats are scheduled for spay and neuter this Wednesday. This message she sent me is what motivates me to continue outreach and cat rescue. Sometimes people just need someone to listen and understand. 🐾♥️

MISSING CAT SHARE

Lynx’ mom was hospitalized and the caretaker for her cats dumped them without her knowledge while hospitalized. Her cat Spicy was found unharmed on Huron Street in Taylor, Michigan.

Lynx is still missing!

The owner lives in Detroit. Please share with any and all Taylor colony caretakers. Thanks let’s get Lynx home with his mom and brother.

Wouldn’t it be amazing if the Mega Millions+ from Food Castle - Grand Blanc was an animal lover with a huge heart? There are so many homeless cats it’s heartbreaking! One gigantic barn on acreage would really change their entire world! I would even manage the sanctuary if you Mega millions winner could make this dream a reality for all the homeless cats!

UPDATE: Jack Frost kitty had his vet visit today. He’s a 3 year old neutered male, no microchip, weighing only 5.5 pounds (should be 10 or more), otherwise everything else checked out good and healthy! He was combo tested negative and couldn’t get his vaccines until he gains a little weight. Vet said these indoor cats have zero outdoor survival skills and he feels in a few short weeks this cat will gain a good amount of weight with a stable indoor feeding routine. 🐈‍⬛🐾♥️

This beautiful friendly cat showed up so skinny, guarded, very talkative and friendly! I’m going to attempt to put him in a carrier to take him to the vet. Is there anyone who would be able to provide a foster home or willing to adopt this sweet soul? He has a dry warm shelter and is being fed well but he deserves so much more! 🐈‍⬛🐾♥️🐈

Hazelnut crossed the rainbow bridge today by humane euthanasia. The cancer consumed his precious little body, the best option was to set him free. I may have only known him a short while our hearts were intertwined and my love for him was strong. I held him in my arms today, giving him kisses as his soul was set free. I am not okay but I know he felt love and protection in my arms and care.

I have a longtime friend he’s a great guy interested in possibly fostering a dog. Since I only rescue I can’t answer his questions. He would like to know if the food is provided? How do they get to and from appointments? Are all expenses covered by the rescues? Ultimately he wants the dog experience without the dog ownership expenses. Thanks!
