Sixth Annual Taylorsville Apple Blossom Festival is May 4, 2024 --

The Sixth Annual Taylorsville Apple Blossom Festival is planned for Saturday, May 4, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the downtown area, said Festival Director Gina Kay Honosky.

There will be a large number of vendors and booths featuring crafts, food, fun, games, and four stages with live music: Main Stage at Courthouse Park, Americana Stage on the east Courthouse lawn, Gospel Stage at Adams Funeral Home, and Kids’ Korner at the Town Ball Park.

Also, in honor of the upcoming Mother’s Day holiday, Honosky said festivalgoers can register their mothers for a drawing for one of three $100 gift cards.

Along with our lick mats we will be introducing slow feed bowls! These are amazing to help your pets slow down when eating to keep from getting air in their intestines which causes GDV in dogs or gastric dilatation-volvulus,this can be life threatening to animals as this causes a twist of the stomach, and when it occurs, gas builds up inside the stomach as it twists on itself. This results in a lack of blood flow to the stomach, spleen and sometimes the pancreas.

They are amazing for those anxious pets to occupy their time or those fast eaters! They pair great with any type of fruit along with peanut butter and greek yogurt and honey!! ❤️🐾
