Vegan Cauliflower Soup
1 medium head cauliflower,
broken into florets
1 medium carrot,
shredded1/4 cup chopped celery

Keto Everything But the Bagel Tuna Egg Salad
I am obsessed with this lately! Especially with being on a tight budget lately.
Ingredients
12 ounces Tuna canned and drained
2 Hard-Boiled Eggs
• 2 Green Onions
1/3 cup Mayo
1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
• 2 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
1. Chop hard boiled eggs and green onions.
2. In a bowl combine canned tuna and
chopped hard boiled eggs.
3. Stir in mayo and red wine vinegar.
4. Add chopped green onions and everything
bagel seasoning. Stir well.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Creamed Potatoes and Peas
2 lbs red potatoes, boiled
¼ cup butter 3 Tbsp. flour
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup evaporated milk
10 oz. frozen peas
½ cup onion, diced
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Lunch plate- egg salad(eggs, avocado mayo, mustard) on Romaine lettuce leaves, celery with cream cheese, bell pepper with sour cream & dill, cucumber slices, olives and a liberal sprinkling of ‘Everything Bagel’ seasoning...... quick, simple and tasty!

My salad for the week. No lettuce since that goes bad quickly. Put a layer of paper towels on top and it will stay fresh and crispy all week. Then just add in your choice of protein. Meal prep helps me stay on points.

Orange Creamsicle Moonshine 😋😋
Ingredients:
1 Gallon orange juice with no pulp
1 ½ C. Granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
½ C. French vanilla liquid coffee creamer
3 C. 190 proof everclear
½ C. Vanilla vodka
