Penner Horses We raise registered Quarter horses and specialize in ranch geldings and draft horses. Our Percheron draft horses provide wagon rides for local events.

We started raising Quarter Horses when our best mare could no longer be used heavily for ranch work. We liked her so much, we wanted to keep her blood lines going. We purchased our stud horse a couple of years ago from a family member in Texas. From there, we added a few more mares to our bunch and are continuing to grow. Our mares include Sassy Hired Hand, Watch Joe Jack, Dash For Cash, Poco Bueno Tom, Zips Dakota Pine, OT Seven COme Eleven Sun Frost, Peponita, Doc's Hickory, Doc Bar, Doc Quixote, and Doc O' Lena. Our goal is to provide horses that combine the best of the cutting and ranching worlds. We do offer c**t starting and have started to take outside c**ts. We use social media as our main networking tool and we will post horses and other information here on our page. We love to entertain any questions and we are good at getting back with you quickly. Cut is a nice, young, home-raised gelding. He has been used on the ranch to gather, sort, ship and doctor cattle. We have also used him in the feedlot and at the sale barn. He is cowy and would make a good heel horse prospect. We have not had him in the arena. When out doctoring cattle he is strong to the horn and will go all day. 14.2 hds.

Tony the Pony has been used on the ranch to rope and doctor cattle. We also used him to drag calves this spring. Our 11 year old daughter has rode him all over. Tony would make a good step up pony! Check him out at the Heritage Livestock sale. Video in the comments.
