TIPSY says “Adopt Me!” This athletic, active, fun loving dog amuses everyone with her madcap antics. She does zooms, then rolls in the grass and flips over constantly for a belly rub. She’s a 4 year old spayed female hound terrier mix, about 38 pounds.
