We will keep this short and simple. Recently the integrity of our Small Business has been incessantly attacked by a past client named Sarah Meuhalf. Frankly, it is sad that someone is so comfortable spreading exaggerations and distorted, one-sided stories. We are not one to cause “drama” and have decided to leave this situation alone out of professional morals and the hope that she herself would contact us about how to best move forward but after 11 long months, enough is enough.

If there is one thing we do well it is putting our client’s dogs before anything else; their health, safety and happiness is our #1 priority. The following 19 images explains the actual truth — at the end of the day, screenshots do not lie.

If anyone knows Sarah please advise her to cease the unsolicited comments, untruthful review and harassing of potential clients, as we have tried but cannot inform her ourselves due to being BLOCKED. Please let her know that legal action is to be taken if this defamation ensues.

(To our loyal and regular clients, we apologize for the time taken away from posting your beloved pup’s wins and instead having to redirect our attention to this matter. Thank you for the support!)

A little bit of door manners training 🦮🚪 Every time we train a dog how to exit the house properly, we close the door as a correction. If the dog stands to charge out of the door, it shuts in their face. Corrections in itself don’t always have to be “negative”, it can be situational like in this case. In this situation, closing the door reminds the dog to sit patiently and wait until a release command is said. With enough repitions and consistency, dogs usually will pick up on what is requested rather quickly.
