Found a friendly cat and don’t know where it belongs? Truth is, many free roaming cats are owned if they are friendly.

Here’s what you can do:

• Print out these paper collars and attach them to the cats collar or loosely around its neck.
• Post pictures on local facebook groups looking for the owner.
• Post flyers in the neighborhood, on stop signs, etc.
• Go door to door asking homes in the area if they recognize the pet or know where it may belong.
• Reach out to us and other local shelters and rescues to post pictures on our social media.
• Get it scanned for a microchip for free at any local vet clinic or shelter.
