Forever Family Farm

We are a homestead near Holdenville Oklahoma, raising our animals holistically. We have a variety of livestock, from Dexter cattle to heritage breed chickens.

We are a family of 8 working together on the farm, seeking the Lord in every day of our journey! We, as a family, feel that there is a great need for people to eat healthier food. We also feel like we have learned the most efficient way to do this is through a system known as the Back to Eden method taught by Paul Gautschi, who adamantly believes that God reveals these methods if we just listen! W

e want to help others create and maintain this type of garden to have a healthier life. We also are raising our own livestock to breed, butcher, or sale. We currently have Dexter Cattle, Kiko Goats, KuneKune Pigs, Heritage Chickens, and English Shepherd Dogs.

Beautiful, healthy cow named Freckles is up for discussion. She would be a great addition to any farm. We are focusing on our registered dexter herd. She is 3/4 dexter and 1/4 longhorn. She has been exposed to a registered dexter bull. She has been grass fed only on our farm for over 6 years. She is trained to single strand hot fence. We are excited to offer homegrown, grass fed and finished heritage breed beef! We partnered with Masons Meat Processing to bring you locally raised and quality processed beef, packed with vitamins and minerals.

Here are some details on this beef:

• NO antibiotics, hormones or medication

Hoyt completed his first welding project by building a dolly to move our chicken tractor with and the boys built this amazing wood shed to replace some old ugly wood rack by our house. Summer is off to a busy but fun start around the farm.

Ending our calving season with a little heifer. Thank you, Jesus for healthy animals, green pastures, and a family full of fun and laughs. But above all, thank you Jesus for loving me enough to die on that cross for me. Everything we have is by His grace and mercy...starting with the breath in my lungs. It's all His, we are just stewards over it while we walk this earth.

We got bees, again! Very excited to see how they improve our garden and orchard. Eventually we may get some honey but the priority for this year and maybe next year is getting them established.

Competing in the king of the mountain is exhausting apparently! Baby goats are so fun at this stage, they run and jump all over the place. Twenty-two kids on the ground and one momma in labor today

Someone has been working behind the scenes. Wish we could get all our hens to do this on their own. She successfully hatched out 6 chickadees and they are doing great

Our Story

We have a homestead near Stillwater, Oklahoma with some registered Nubian and Kiko goats, registered Dexter cows, registered Kunekune pigs, two Topbar hives with honey bees, homestead chickens. We are raising registered English shepherds as well. We have a Back to Eden garden and orchard. We have used the BTE method in 3 different locations with great results. We home school our 6 children and strive to raise them in the path of the Lord using gardening and animals to connect with each other and our Creator. Like our Page and share our adventures with us!
