We welcomed a new rescued member into our family pack this last month.
My husband found him in a Dairy Queen parking lot in our small town. We posted pictures of him on all the local sights, got him scanned for a chip, left info at the shelters and the two vets offices and no one has claimed him.
He is incredibly sweet. We had him treated for tick fever and (now that he’s healthy) he is getting fixed. The vet thinks he’s just about 2 years old. I think he’s a little younger because his energy levels are so high and he is quite uncoordinated. He just wants love and cuddles and to play with our other rescue, Dodger.
We named him after Donald O’Conner’s character in Singin In the Rain because his feet turn out like a dancer.
