Confirmation calls are a COURTESY not MANDATORY! I give a next appointment card to all my pre booking clients. After that it's up to the client to put it in their phone/wall calendar and remember it. I put all my appts in my phone and never once have I been upset at the service provider if I screwed up and forgot. I even pay my missed appt fee if there is one. It's not right to make others pay for your missed appointments. WE ARE COMMISSION BASED. IF YOU DONT SHOW UP, WE DONT GET PAID!

STARTING 2025 ALL SAME DAY MISSED/LATE CANCLED OR NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE MISSED APPOINTMENT AND IT WILL BE DUE B4 YOU WILL BE PUT BACK ON THE SCHEDULE! NO EXCEPTIONS!

ZERO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR SAME DAY CANCLEATIONS/ NO SHOWS! ANYONE LATER AND 30 MINUTES WILL BE SUBJECT TO BEING TURNED AWAY AND CHARGED THE FULL 100% OF THE APPOINTMENT!

Sorry for having to crack down on our policies but we are seeing too many missed or late cancled appointments. I understand that people get sick or dogs get sick and things happen, but as a small business, we can not afford to take the hit over everyone's issues and continue to stay open to provide great service and keeping everyone's fur kids looking and feeling their best.

Thanksgiving and Christmas grooming appointments!!!!! Book yours now!!!!! When we are full the 2 weeks b4 the holidays we will offer a FEW last minute appointments to stay after hours to squeeze a few people in, but it will cost an extra $50 on top of the grooming price! So if you want in for the holidays, book now to get your spot. Once we are full, we are full, unless you are willing to pay the extra $50 per pet for me to stay past closing or come in on a day off! So please get booked ASAP!
