What a colossal waste! Even though all these products are clearly marked as pet food, and are helping countless pets, underweight ailing puppies, old dogs getting over some rough patches & dogs sick from cancer... Hawaii Department of Health decides that we need to destroy them all. We are a pet supply store, selling pet foods, to shoppers who come into our stores specifically to purchase foods for their pets. We do not sell ANY pet foods for human consumption, including milk. We are in full compliance with all FDA regulations as it pertains to pet foods. We don't feed dogs chocolate or alcohol approved by FDA for human consumption. And humans should not eat foods approved by the FDA for animals. The FDA guidelines that regulate pet foods and human foods are separate and distinct to protect both humans and pets alike. We are in full support of DOH enforcing 'No Raw Milk' for humans since that is the law in our state.
