Bucks used to be cinchy, grumpy, and hard to catch after a recent long trail ride. After working on him, I discovered his back was sore and needed some bodywork. I gave him an hour-long session, and here he is afterward…

It’s been a week now, and Bucks is the happiest horse on the planet! He runs to meet me at the gate and is excited for every session weather that's groundwork, horsemanship, or bodywork we have he give it his all. It’s incredible to see the transformation and so rewarding to witness the positive impact of my work!

Meet Starbucks and I!

I do Equine Sports Therapy for the Equine Athlete! My technique is a muscular skeletal bodywork that’s a combination of deep tissue massage, physical therapy, acupressure, trigger point release and stretches. This combination helps the horse self adjust!

My technique is also

Structural Integration for Horses - Deep tissue massage and rebalancing mixed together. A massage type of therapy for horses that will rebalance the body left to right, front to back, inside and out. Changes will happen in natural balance, performance, flexibility and behavior.

Structural Integration is a type of bodywork that focuses on the connective tissue, or fascia, of the body. Fascia surrounds muscles, groups of muscles, blood vessels, organs, and nerves, binding some structures together while permitting others to slide smoothly over each other.
