PSA- we have be told about one positive case of equine strangles and influenza diagnosed and confirmed at another clinic. This horse was at Hitchcock race on 12/14 and shepherd race 12/21 before showing any symptoms it was immediately seen by a vet and quarantined. Results on this horse just came back.

We have had a few clients call with coughing horses, +/- fever and off feed that attended these races and had also attended the race at magnolia last friday 12/27, before showing any symptoms.

At this time we recommend anyone that had been at ANY of these races to quarantine their barns and not go anywhere until they are foresure their horses have not contracted either of these.

We are unsure of when and where this started and who all came in contact- so no matter if AM or PM please monitor and stay home to quarantine!

Symptoms can take up to 2 weeks to start showing.

No horses on or off your property for the meantime as well.

This will help keep this potential outbreak at bay.

This is a serious matter and should not be taken lightly. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to message us.

Horses that are vaccinated properly can still be at risk.

We are back at it and taking appointments!

At This time I’m still on light duty for another 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I am unable to deal with any naughty horses for a few more weeks as I’m still not 100% and another injury wouldn’t be good.

I am super appreciative for everyone thats understood rescheduling and holding off on appointments until I’ve been able to come back.

Trust me this has been the longest 4 weeks of no work! Happy to back out servicing all your equine babies ❤️

PSA to our current clients- we have hired some extra help to go over our business management and service prices- as of November 1st(now with getting back to work able to disclose this) prices have changed some have increased, some have stayed the same and others we have be able to decrease. Some are still in the works.

Update- had a follow up and I’ll be out another week minimum. We have contacted the scheduled appointments to move around to be able to get to everyone so far on schedule. Kylie is staying on top of the phone as best as she can. Please be patient. For anyone who knows me knows being out of work is killing me, so to follow Dr directions of being in bed another week and me following it should tell yall how bad this hurts.

Just an update- I was in a riding accident on Wednesday evening leaving me with a bad concussion and badly bruised right side mainly ribs and back. Until I feel confident in serving you guys 100% I’ll be in bed resting. Kylie has handled the phone and emails and will continue until I can get back.

as of now we are taking advance appointment request only- anything added on last minute will come with a charge as this packs my days even past capacity.

We are also limited to milage on these days so booking in advance is recommended as if you are way far from the appointments booked we will not be able to service you.

Attention SETX- we are making some adjustments to our avaiblity to coming back- as of right now we’re limiting it to now once a month for 2-3 days (will need days to fill up to make the trips worth it). Appointments will have to be made prior to the trip as I pack the truck a few days before.

Unfortunately- the last minute need to be seen has caused to be overworked and exhausted (14hr days 2-3 days in a row on top of driving/travel)

We are doing our best to try and accommodate the need down there but until I can get someone hired, I have to think of myself. The business is growing in Tyler and that is where my focus should be from here on out

As of now here are a few dates for CURRENT CLIENT only- we are not taking in new clients down south. :

Oct 9-11- full

November- Full

December- 4-6- few slots open.

I will be working on January-June dates the next few days.

My goal is to either hire someone for
Down there or eventually stop coming down for work when business up here takes off and I can’t take off from being up here.

If you don’t know when your animals are due for things please text us NOW (meaning during business hours) to help you get on our schedule if interested.
