Miss Aspen can look cute from any angle and she is looking for her furever home. In the meantime we are working hard on potty & crate training and giving her the individual attention she needs at this stage. She’s about 3.5 pounds right now and I expect her to grow to be about 15 pounds full grown.

The Cavapoos got baths today! Squeaky Clean! While we love a fresh and clean pup, the reason we give so many baths is because it’s important to expose our pups to all the things in the first 8 weeks. This imprints their brains that it’s just a normal thing, no reason to freak out or fear. Aren’t they just adorable!?

It is always bittersweet when it’s time for the pups to head to their forever homes, but I’ve done this long enough to know that the best is yet to come. I am confident these babes are ready for the real world and I can’t wait to hear all about the next chapter. Aspen is still looking for her furever 🏠 and she is ready to go whenever her family finds her.

Mid week check in from the tree litter. They are almost 4 weeks old and very curious and ready to explore the world!

A little mid week check in from the whelping box. Day 18. Everyone’s eyes are open and they are beginning to interact with each other.

Which one is your favorite?

Puppies are born so tiny (and deaf and blind) but grow extremely rapidly. The sleep twitching allows their brain and muscles to support this rapid growth. A twitching puppy is a healthy pup!

Today we took 3 of our mamas to the vet for their yearly checkups and shots! Ruby is Mollys mama and Nutella (not pictured) is Zoey’s mama. So proud of this crew!#petitegoldendoodle #toygoldendoodle #minigoldendoodle #redgoldendoodle #goldendoodlepuppy #houstongoldendoodles #texasgoldendoodles
