With today being the 16th day of January our potential riding season is only 50% over. Many are already throwing in the towel and giving up hope, but that's like saying the glass is half empty rather than half full. We had one decent week of riding but are now waiting just like you are. We remain optimistic and positive, despite all of the cancellations and lack of riding opportunities. To date all of the 2025 new product introductions and first ride opportunities have been cancelled. No, we have not ridden the new 858 Stroker from Arctic Cat. Many are asking for first ride reports so they can order one, this is why you are not seeing this - from anyone. Polaris has cancelled four events so far, so there is nothing to report there, either.

Everyone in the snowmobile industry and winter tourism is hurting and just trying to survive right now. If you have the ability to do so, try to keep your travel plans and go stay at that lodge or resort, go visit the bars and restaurants you always enjoy, they would love to see your smiling faces. Their struggle and pain is real. A pattern change is coming, so don't give up quite yet. Back in 2013 we weren't able to ride until January 16th but we were riding through April 14th. It will get cold again and it will snow. Up in Alaska they're dealing with -50 and colder temps, go look at the National Weather Service yourself. Winter does exist, but not here, we're just on the short end of the stick right now. Hang in there, keep your heads high. We're snowmobilers, that's who we are and what we do. Stay positive. Nobody wants to hear your negative comments or gloom and doom.
