I do not have a store front, do nail trims at PurrsnBarks on JackRabbit twice a month, often at Greater Good on Dairy Ashford, two Saturdays a month, available during the week as well.

It has been a great progression watching these two mature. Lots of positive training by the owners and regular nail trims made today their fasted session yet.
I hope to have even more good news about Sky at their next visit.
You notice they are both anchored for travel. No driving for either of them!
Preston is very photogenic, but has a thing about cameras.

They were both very good, partly because their owners who were holding have calm demeanor. That is very helpful.
I think Kona said to Rumer "A lil help here" when she figured out who I was:)

Lilly and Sadie are long time clients, will NEVER be happy to see me, but were so good today!
They do not need a 2nd "kennel" request.
Securing your pet while traveling anywhere is so important, the girls are safe, no owner stress either.

Lana and Lilly were in it to win it today!
Nail trims, then food and treat shopping here and
Christmas tree toppers from .
Blue Lily exhibits cat like behaviors so the girls selected both toppers.

These cats are not worried about nail trims and rain today:) They are snuggled in a box awaiting transport to their new home.
You don't have to worry much about rain, at least this morning, according to weather report.

34% rain chance at noon, no problem, PurrsnBarks is inside..
Still 34% noon-1 is, goes to 89! by 3.
Greater Good is 1-2, so a lil iffy...most trims can be done in folks vehicles.

Nemo is enjoying a record breaking life time with precious Roxxy, the stuffie killer. She still received new stuffies yesterday and liked them all.
Benny the Yorkie pre approves all stuffies, as I deliver to his job.
When one or the other needs to nap, it's always together. There are other dogs in this family, these two picked each other out for budship.

Roxxy is a convicted stuffy killer, much to my delight:)
Nemo however, has survived for months, it's amazing.
She was napping on her own when she sensed her owner picking up her phone to get a pic of precious Benny.
Then the Rox had to grab Nemo, as she knew it was photo time! How smart!

Reagan was also a new nail trim client today at the Greater Good.
I didn't realize I had only gotten one picture of her, she has a really pretty face and a calm demeanor.

Precious Roscoe ended this fun day of nail trims here. He was so good, he is a gentle boy.

Thank you to the staff here who refer dog and cat clients to me for trims.

Panda was my spicy dog for the day!
I know it's odd, but I really like the dogs and cats that make trimming a challenge.
Panda stepped in to fill that role:)
At 10 months she can't know what she doesn't know and of course let me know that I was NOT the boss of her..
We know how that ended:)
There is not a trick a dog can try that hasn't been tried on me before. (As the youngest of 5, I got that exact speech from my parents, never dreamed I would be using it myself)
She was antsy and did alligator rolls and several other things and yet I was still there.
She finally got serious about resisting on the last paw, so out came the towel over the head, all of this with her very helpful owner.
Her very last nail took longer than any other whole paw!
Yes, Panda, briefly, I was the boss of you, very gently.

Some German Shepherd Dogs are at times tough about nail trims.
Since every dog is different, I go slowly on every dog for their sake as well as mine. I dont make judgements exactly because of dogs like Lady Bird.
She was definitely a lady during her first trim with me.
She is also very photogenic.

We were bizzee here this morning!
Thanks to owner Teresa Bues for hosting nail trims, an added service for her clients.
Self serve dog baths are another service; regulars Lana and Lilly got the works.
Nail trims afterwards in their post bath lounging robes....
What good girls.

She was a little surprised that her fun car ride didn't turn out how she expected but she was very good.

Fynley is the most chill dachshund I have ever seen, with my dog connections originating in 1985.
He took most of his trim while lounging in that dig bed on my tail gate.
Camera time? Uh, no, still chill, just not participating:)

Citrus is a very cute kitten and I love his name!
He is also a very bizzee kitten, hence too fast for the multiple pictures I took.
He was great for his first nail trim with me.

Regulars Sky and Preston are always entertaining.
As a young border collie, Sky used to be rather twitchy:). Now whether inside or out, lying on her back is her preferred position for nail trims. I'm pretty sure it's the almost automatic tummy rubs that come with that.
Preston is a happy boy who likes to smile, yet in most of his pictures, he looks very somber...he is so photogenic I would love to have a pretty shot of him.

New nail trim clients today.
I loved hearing that JJ who is north of 16 and Jax play together AND JJ likes to play with a laser!
Jax was much better for his trim than he expected to be. Of course JJ was perfect.

Among deliveries today was this huge toy for Ms Roxxy. Her owner took it home at lunch. Do you.think she likes it?

Ajax knows how precious he is, so is in total agreement with anything his human says. He hasn't been feeling well lately, so him feeling good today AND great for his nail trim made it a good day from the get go

THREE dachshunds as new nail trim clients???? Oh, yea and a cat.... Bring em on! I love nail trim challenges.... I didn't get bitten or even scratched:) This is what I got from Courtney....a perfect dog in general and with me also. The rest of the family is in the next post.

Ajax is a regular nail trim client in Dellrose. He LOVES his post trim hard boiled egg. He gets excited when he hears the shell cracking! Consistency pays off. He is calmer with every session. What a good boy!

It got so busy I forgot to post this video! The canvas wall art looked liked two donkeys to me, which have become popular, sadly due to very high rescues. Online listings says it is two camels, I don't think so:)

At the two pop ups and nail trim sessions on Sat: Pop up info on previous post. Meant to be a baby play area, I took one look and said "dog toy pick up" as it has Velcro closings and handles! Toddy stayed in it the whole time he was playing, which I think was a fluke. If you Google it, it is 34.00 new. I will share that the thick canvas wall stands up some after washing, but not as well as the new pictures show:) 12.00

No clue how these babies were nano videoed at the nail trim session yesterday. Very nice also, pretty docile. Thank you for attending!

Quagmire does not like nail trims but he does love peanut butter! Both his owner and I noticed how much calmer he was this visit, yea!

Gizzee is a regular shopper here and nail trim baby, as well as being related to Sandy and Lucy from previous post. He is also a fan of "hide in the neck for trims" and it works perfectly.
