The skunks are out and moving! If your dog gets sprayed, here is an easy home remedy that helps remove that stink if you are unable to get into a groomer. Some additional tips:

⚠️ Do not, I repeat DO NOT apply water to the area! This will cause the skunkiness to spread and lock into the hair. Apply water only once you are ready to rinse off the deodorizer remedy.
⚠️ Wipe the skunk sprayed areas down with paper towels to absorb as much as possible.
⚠️ Apply the home remedy and let it sit for up to 10 minutes. Your dog more than likely got sprayed directly in the face, do not get the remedy into your dog's eyes.
