Good morning clients! Taylor here! I am finally home and resting. After a scary week and being in the hospital, I will be back on Monday, Jan. 8th!

However, due to this week’s circumstances I have been strictly instructed by my doctor’s that I’m not allowed to do dogs over 25 pounds. Allison has generously offered to do my big dogs on Saturdays though! I will be reaching out to everybody that we had to cancel this week and I’ll also be reaching out to my larger dog clients!

I’m so sorry about all the craziness, however, my health and my baby’s health comes first always! Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers and continued support!

This sweet girl just wanted to cuddle her whole groom 🥰 Ruby is a cocker spaniel and quite possibly the sweetest dog I’ve ever met. This is only her second haircut and look at those beautiful markings that come out 😍

Lately I’ve had some inquires about brushing dogs teeth during their groom. I’m just seeing how many people would be interested before I decide to offer it or not! Please comment your thoughts on this post!

Depending on the size of the dog the add on price would range from $5 - $10.

I’ve had lots of people ask me to come to their house to groom their dog lately or cut nails and I want to make it very clear that I do NOT do that! It doesn’t work for my schedule and I’m just not comfortable with it.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT

Baby 💙BOY🩵 Forgy will be here late January/early February. We are over the moon excited! Charlotte, on the other hand is a little unsure as you can see in the photos. 😂 We are so excited to be a family of 4!

*There will be some changes around the shop as the new year approaches. I’m not booking into the new year yet, only through December!

*I am also no longer taking on new clients so I can focus on my current clients and ensure they get the attention they need. ❤️

Blaze is an older guy so his groom requires time and patience. 💙 He was so thrilled to get all that hair off before these crazy hot temperatures hit!

Malcolm here is a Great Pyrenees! He loves doing his job on the farm and doesn’t hesitate getting dirty doing it 😜

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9-4 (last appointment is usually taken at 2:30) Every other Saturday 9-1. CLOSED ON FRIDAYS

We are currently booked until the end of September! I strongly encourage you to make your next appointments when you pick your dog up from their appointment. I’ve even had some people scheduling through the rest of the year just to make sure they get a spot! If you are a Saturday person, I HIGHLY recommend scheduling to the end of this year! I do not have a Saturday available until November right now!

I’m so thankful for all the support and love we are getting! Can’t wait to spill some exciting news at the end of August 😊💗

Flea and tick season is in full swing! I don’t care if you live in town or in the country, you need to flea and tick your dog! Fleas and ticks LIVE IN THE GRASS. So if you think you don’t have to because you live in town, you are wrong! Ticks have already proven that they are going to be a pest this year! Let’s protect our fur babies!!

The picture below is the brand I use and always will. We like it because it’s 1 chew every 3 months and it WORKS! I recommend ONLY BUYING FROM A VET OFFICE. Never online. That goes for ANY flea and tick preventative!

(There are many good flea and tick options out there! I just chose to post this one because it’s what I use on my dogs.)

All of this hair is from a black lab! Believe it or not, Labrador Retrievers CAN benefit from going to a groomer! Getting a blowout and a bath will reduce the shedding. I recommend Labs get groomed every 4-6 weeks to keep the shedding reduced.
