Update on our trio of surrogate moms that were sitting on 7 eggs that I placed under them. One hatched out and here she is!!!
Our baby Red sex Link pullets are now a month old and growing fast. They will be laying eggs be fore you know it. This breed will lay 250 to 300 brown eggs per year. All available for new homes!!!
I was out in the yard and caught two sisters, Donino and Nona kissing each other.
We would like to introduce you to our newest rescue chickens we received yesterday. They are so pretty!!! We have 1 Turkey Neck Frizzle, 1 gray Frizzle and 3 Silkies.
Caught this action in our Polish coop yesterday evening. I’m j don’t know the whole sty but it looks like she is not happy with her mate and it looks like he is just ignoring her. LOL!!!
This is an exciting time here a t Bud’s Yard Eggs!!! Our duckling are starting to hatch. We have four that hatched out early and we have close to 10 still working their way out of their shells still in the incubator. We will announce when they will be ready to go to their new home soon.

Last month one our customers hatched out some of our duck eggs. Here is a short video of the new ducklings enjoying their pool time. We have 31 duck eggs that will be hatching in about 2 weeks and should be ready for re-homing shortly after that. Anyone interested in some baby ducklings text or call me at (910) 581-0315.
