We finally had to say goodbye to Kiah, our 15 year old Australian Labradoodle. She was the Doggie Spa's mascot; a wonderful first pet to our children; and a fantastic furry family member. As all pets do, she loved unconditionally and brought so much joy and happiness to our lives. We will miss her deeply, but will hold her in our hearts forever. Rest in peace!

I would like to give a special thank you to Pacific Care Vets in Irvine who quickly accommodated and assisted us in helping Kiah pass with comfort and dignity. The doctors and staff were compassionate, kind and professional. Your facility came through when several others that morning could not. We thank you!

California has lifted many of its restrictions and so we have as well.

New Store Policy

If you are vaccinated, no mask is required.
If you are NOT vaccinated, mask is required.
Social distancing are highly recommended.
We are still limiting the number of clients in the store at any one time.

We are now extending our business hours back to Pre-Covid times except we will remain closed on Mondays.

Monday: CLOSED
Tues - Thurs: 9am-7pm
Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am-7pm
Sunday: 11am-5pm

We accept our last Self-service clients 30 minutes before closing.

We are currently hiring experienced candidates for all positions (Groomer(s), Bather(s) & Front Desk), but immediately seeking another groomer to help out with the high demand.

If you know of a qualified Pet Stylist looking for P/T or F/T work or seeking a better working environment, please have them reach out to us. Please have them contact the store directly and ask for Mike the owner. We have a fantastic client base and one of the most desirable locations in Orange County. Must have excellent customer service; communication skills and is a team player. Must have a gentle loving touch for aging senior pets. DOE - can earn $3-$5K month including signing bonus, tips & will pay for educational programs to improve skills. Other benefits can be discussed.

Special Care is Needed Sometimes

Beautiful Lily, the 100+ lb Black German Shepherd, needed some tender loving care during her deshedding since she has paralysis in her hind legs.

Leeloo, the Pomeranian, loving her "Oatmeal Soak" and doing her best imitation of a washing machine.

Tis the season! Marshmallow, a Samoyed, came in for a 6 Step De-Shedding and turned the salon into a winter wonderland. No magic wand ; just a lot care and hard work. Great job Joe and the team.

Oliver, a 4 1/2 month old Maltese/Shihtzu, is receiving his first haircut ever at the Doggie Spa! We wish all puppies could be this receptive to this new experience.

People always ask how do we get over sized dogs into the elevated tubs...sometimes it safest to use good old human hydraulics.
