A friends dad found these adorable pups in the woods at a deer lease! They are so so sweet and good with kids! Just look at those faces 😍 they were skin and bones, but are looking much better now and ready for their forever homes! The dogs have spoken!!! They LOVE Lily & Max Pet Bakery treats! You can literally see Astro licking his lips in one picture! We are so excited to partner with them to provide all of our resident pups with fresh, natural, and healthy treats during their stay here. It has been an AWESOME summer here at Halliday Haven. We’ve been so busy that We have been terrible about posting updated pictures of all our cute residents! Here’s some of the sweet pups we’ve had this summer! We have kept 5month old puppies to 17 year old dogs and everything in between!

With the summer coming to a close we have a lot of availabilities in the upcoming months! If you are going out of town we’d love to watch your fur baby! We also have doggy daycare drop off for your pup. And we offer baths and nail trimmings as an add on if you stay with us!

On Tuesday, JosieBee and I were walking our usual mileage down the dirt road and the first couple miles this boy wasn’t there, but the last couple there he was… dumped!!! After some coaxing and the help of my dog Astro, he followed us half a mile home. He is SO sweet! very skinny, but not food aggressive at all. He definitely has a timid personality and not dominant at all! He has a mark all the way around his neck where his collar use to be. We guess he is about a year old. Great with our dogs and cats. He has no interest in the chickens either, which is great! We’ve let him out of the fence and he just follows us everywhere. If you or anyone you know is interested in adopting this sweet boy please reach out to me ASAP, just look at that face 😍

3 of the foster kittens have been adopted! These 2 tan/orange ones are still looking for their new home and so is their mom! They are all very sweet. They have been very socialized with other cats, dogs, and kids! If you or anyone you know is interested please let me know!

Maybe we need to add ”cats” to our page! Haha

This past Saturday Ty was headed for a run down our dirt road and 3 minutes after he left, he called and his exact words were….

“I know I’m going to regret telling you this, but there are 5 little kittens and a momma right past our driveway.”

Obviously I grabbed a laundry basket and JosieBee and I headed that way! Surely someone dumped them. Our awesome neighbors are fostering them right now! If anyone is interested in adding a kitten or sweet cat to their family, let us know! Last time we had foster kittens, we had all of their genders wrong so we aren’t sure which are boys/girls!

Hello! We are the Halliday’s. We have been boarding dogs for a while, and with it growing so much we decided it would be best to create a page where all of our information can be found. We live in Huntington and we are available to board your dog overnight or keep them during the day. We have taken care of dogs our whole life. We have trained, fed, walked, bathed, trimmed nails and everything in between! We have also taken in countless foster dogs and have experience with all types of breeds and personalities. We have taken care of medically demanding dogs as well. For example, we have fostered a dog that we found on the side of the road and had to have a leg amputated. We have also fostered a dog that had suffered a gunshot wound to his face! We rehabilitated these dogs through their medical challenges and helped them find forever homes! We have EXPERIENCE!

We live on 30 acres and have over half of an acre fenced for your furry friend to run and have fun! We have different trails throughout the property that make for fun adventuring on leashed walks! We have 4 friendly dogs of our own to keep your fur baby company. We have separate areas fenced if your dog isn’t fond of other dogs. We have a raised, outdoor covered 10x10 kennel, and indoor crates for indoor dogs. We are currently boarding dogs at our home and property, but hope to open a facility locally one day. One of us is currently home all day and will be able to give ample time to your fur baby day and night. Your dog will get tons of attention! If you are going out of town and need someone to watch your dog or want to drop them off for doggy daycare please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

$15 per dog for drop off during the day
$20 per dog for overnight stays with drop off 12:00pm or later
(if you need to drop-off prior to 12:00pm, you will be charged $15 for that day of doggie daycare)

If you are interested in any basic obedience/leash training, we can work on that too. My husband has 10+ years of experience with dog training. Prices will vary based on dog’s needs.
