Our Story
It all started for me one day many years ago when my now grown daughter was about 12 years old. She came to me and said there was a Special breed of Cat called the Siberian, that had “Hypoallergenic” Properties. She said they’d only been in the USA since 1990. Of course, having severe Cat allergies my entire Life made me VERY skeptical of the authenticity of this statement. Not to mention, I was after all, a “dog person”. I decided to do some research of my own. After reading as much as I could about the History of the Siberian, and why they were considered “hypoallergenic”, I decided to put this claim to the test. There were not many Siberian Breeders at that time, but I was lucky enough to find a Breeder in New York, not too far from my house. I contacted her, and arranged a Visit. The kids and I were very excited. We spent a good half hour with our gracious Host and her beautiful Cats, and much to my COMPLETE surprise, I had not one hive, not one tear, not one sniffle , not one sneeze. Ordinarily if I played with or had contact with a Cat, I would find myself in the Emergency Room hooked up to an I.V Drip filled with Prednisone. Needless to say, I put a Deposit down on a kitten within a few days, and our first Siberian, a Gorgeous Flame-Point joined our family. It did not take long for me fall in love, and acquire two more kittens within a matter of months. Eventually, I started going to Shows. I showed my own cats, and started rubbing elbows with Breeders. I was completely immersed in the World of Cats, and Breeding came very naturally to me. I feel Blessed an Honored to live with these Fascinating creatures, and strive to Breed Healthy kittens, with True Russian Character and Temperament. I will be breeding for Color-points such as Seal-Points and Blue-Points, Torties, Red/White and Solid Black and Black Smokes With or without White. All of my Breeders have been directly imported from only the finest Catteries in Europe and Russia, and all parents have tested negative for HCM, PKD and Feline Aids ETC... My Kittens are $1800, regardless of Color/Gender. (Approved Registered Breeders may purchase a kitten with Breeding Rights for an additional $300. A $200 Non-Refundable Deposit will reserve your kitten, and be applied toward the purchase price. I give A Discount for those buying two or more kittens,($3200 for two kittens) anybody Serving our country, Seniors, (62 and over) and Single Moms. Please reserve early if you are looking for a specific Color and/or Gender. Divine Siberians is Registered with TICA (The International Cat Association), and all of my Queens and Kings come ONLY from Champion Lines from the Best Catteries in Russia/Europe.
