Kindra living the good life!!!!
Lots of variety!!!!! It’s the spice to life.
It’s especially necessary when raising her as a family dog and family protection dog.
She must be used to everything in life and part of the family . She knows how to be in the house and outside in her fenced yard or kennel or crate even a tie out at times . Because for her safety when we mow the lawn or have cars coming in and out the gate and any other potential hazardous things. Our dogs should know every form of safe containment. Even muzzle training is top priority. Did you know in disasters often times muzzles and crates can be required for evacuating dogs ? Shelters require crates.
If your out of town with your dog at familys with no fence it’s nice for the dog to have a shady spot to relax and play safe outside and potty .
It Also helps avoid separation anxiety by providing seperation times with crates or tie outs .
Tie outs are good to help prevent or for dogs who may build or struggle with barrier aggression, (fences kennels crate )or who like to escape fences or play hard to catch. It also Builds self confidence and resilience in a safe manor . Another benefit they learn they can turn off leash pressure (pulling) themselves. Varity is great to much of any one thing is not good . Not enough variety is bad also . Kindra and my dogs are not freely allowed on the bed or furniture unless invited to do so and listen when told to get down and stay off . They are part of our family just not humanized and not nerotic fur babys because they, have, jobs, rules, training, structure, exercise,
proper care and love, as dogs crave and need especially working breeds like Kindra . Living the good life doesn’t mean they are hog wild and free to rule the pack and home. It’s all about balance and variety and structure . Do we like seat belts ? Being tethered in our car? No not really but it’s the rules/law and for our safety. Enjoy your pups and keep them used to things that keep them safe
